my rommate and i along with everyone else in this place 5 apt complex tempe az are suffering 100+ degree temperatures due to no a/c and we still arent going to have it on for another 16 days.ive had 5 fish die and it's just hell to come home to.i dont even want to get into all the other slum lording that is the place 5 apts i'd think i could sue for this can i please let me know they haven't even offered any price break and theres babies and pets to think about i myself just about have heat stroke every time i walk into my 110 degree home after work please help me out i'd love to take this ******* to court do i have a winner????????????

Anyone can check the Weather Channel and get temperature data for any specific day, at any location, including past dates.

April 3, 2001 at about 2:00 pm, temperature in Phoenix was 79 degrees F. At Tempe, AZ, temperature was 77 degrees F. After all, this is only the beginning of April.

It thus appears that you told a cock-and-bull story about your landlord, probably to get back at him for some other reason. Maybe, its because your fish died, evidently for some reason other than the landlord not turning on the a/c.
