tues morning use your phone and call court house ask them wich court or wich judge hears evictions . If its a one horse county like mine all matters are heard in same court room and usually the same judge that does traffic where i live does bad checks , housing etc . ( theres only 22,000 residents in my county )

No.....secretary is not hearing your case and judge will most likely recuse him/herself if they thought there was....it would just delay your hearing.

Knowing your landlady worked for a judge, what did you subject yourself to this proceeding? DUDAH?!

she works for.....reply

my town has only about 3000 people but we have a " kangaroo court " ( mayors ) and we have common pleas, juv, probate, ect in the downtown court house i guess woodsfield is the so called cap of monroe county, and believe me if i have a way to have stopped this whole eviction business i would have, it's just that my landlord is a very cold hearted *icth. people know her by her rep as one, and they don't even know her. her husband doesn't want to evict. us he would rather work things out , we only owe them 70.00 dollars on mays rent.
