i live in md & my name is kim. i have a lawsuit against 6 people, relating to buying my home. we have had one desposition and will finish on 6/28/01, with a pre-trial date of 9/1/01. now my lawyer what to ask for a dismissal because in his letter he states "too many difficulties for your case". we have been working with him since 10/00. we purchased the home 10/99. we stated back in 10/00, that we had a excellent case. i do not what a dismissal. now that we are in the 6th hour, what do I do?? i am currently seeking a new lawyer. can they get a dismissal? thanks!! kim
