Please review and share your thoughts, if it's too much or too little. Thanks!

In 2006 MCT Enterprises DBA AAMCO replaced my transmission in the quoted 3 day period and I walked away a very happy customer. Unfortunately, the moral compass and technical competency of this shop is a but a shadow of its former self. After 5 weeks(on an orginally quoted 3 day job 8/4/08)and at least 3 transmission rebuilds, I am formally requesting a refund of all monies paid, in addition to reimbursement for the rental I had no choice but to employ after week three of this AAMCO hackjob. My car is undrivable yet again, after only 48 hours of the most recent(of four) return trip from the shop. Additionally, a leaking non-rebuilt junkyard transmission was installed, as noted and signed in writing by a Volvo technician. My attorneys will be filing suit against your corporation for punitive damages relating to wrongful conduct and misrepresentation, and compensatory damages for costs relating to car rental fees and lost work if all monies are not refunded within 72 hours. Local and national media outlets will have a wonderful time painting the airwaves with this bait and switch scheme if you do not act accordingly. I will have the Volvo dealership remove the current junkyard transmission upon installation of a working transmission, and will arrange for the defective junkyard unit to be returned to MCT Enterprises DBA AAMCO on South Tryon St. in Charlotte, NC, at your expense. Thank you for your cooperation.

As someone with zero legal experience, I would like input as to whether the correct terminology is used, or if I just look like a fool for incorrect placement or usage of legal terms.

You answered your own question. It is bolded for you. Your attorneys letter will carry much more weight, yours will end up in a circular file. It might give them a good laugh first.
