my mother-in-law has lost her private nursing home license. i do not know why. i believe my husband is planning to get a license in his name so she can reopen the nursing home. what is my liability if the nursing home goes bankrupt, is sued, has criminal charges, insurance fraud, etc... can our home be taken, bank accounts garnished, possessions confiscated? my name will not be on any documents associated with this nursing home.
