My Mom is 73 years old and is renting out her condo located in Brooklyn, NY. She currently lives in South Jersey (2 hours away) where she is renting a house. My Mom can just barely keep up with the maintenance of the condo as well as pay her rent ever since my Dad passed away approximately 3 years ago. I would like to help her financially so that we can keep the condo in the family and I have asked my brother and sister to help as well. They said they cannot help financially. My questions are: is there a way my Mom can add all of us (me, my brother & sister) to the deed of the condo and also is it possible (if my Mom passes away before any of us do), that my share of the condo be greater than my brother & sister's, since I will be contributing financially to the maintenance of the condo?
