What is the name of your state? WA

Here is the deal, my grandmother gifted something like 30,000 dollars to me over the course of 10 years while I was a minor. My father is a stock trader so he invested the funds in a variety of accounts, all of which are under my name, but with him being the executor. Now, I recently turned 19, and found out that my father had been taking funds for other stuff while I was underage. I also wish to start trading professionally myself so I requested that he liquidate my accounts and send me a check. He refused to do so, and says that I am still a minor and that he won't give me the money until I turn 21. Is there anything I can do?
