hello, and here is my dilema
my brother was caught, about 6
months ago, in oregon transporting
marijuana and alot of money , so
they took him in under , intent to
deal charges. Now the Oregon court either failed to send a letter, or it failed to reach its destination, on when his court date was, and again he was picked up in Seattle, with a Flight warrent and carrying another ounce of marijuana.

anyways, the problem is , my dad, being all too damn nice if you ask me,went a put up all my parents land and house to bail him out of jail.....a gamble that has worse odds than winning lotto on one ticket. I dont think my brother is going to show up.

is there anything i can do TO INTERVIEN IN THE COURT SYSTEM AND KEEP MY PARENTS FROM LOSING THIER HOUSE!!!...anything at all?

I COULD CARE LESS ABOUT MY BROTHER...HE NEEDS TO GOTO JAIL
can someone help me?!!!!!

My response:

Oregon and Washington States are two of the most beautiful States in our country. It looks like the only way to assure his appearance in court is for you to move next door to him. At least you'll be close enough to give him a hug before he goes "bye-bye" for the next 20 years.

Thanks for writing.
