hello i am in washington state and my so called mother 1st. called c.p.s. w/allegations of child abuse & neglect said i had a meth.lab children and household was dirty.they had shown up was here for about 15min. and left saying sorry you have enemies.then 3 weeks later went to a judge in another juristiction and had a restraining order put on my wife and i to stay away from her and my son (but not for my daughter this was supposed to be a dangerous place for children but left her here}we called c.p.s they had given a letter exaunterating us,called metro drug task force to come see are home and they had given us a letter as well and said they would stand in court if needed.i put filed these papers w/ the courts and was not able to afford an attorney when i went to court the fill-in commissioner said he would send his answer to me in the mail i asked what about proof of there allegations {they don't have any}and he could not answer me either but his letter said that i needed a stable life and gave that bitch third party custody of my son but left my daughter here where in the heck does he get off. tia
