my son and his friend went to a neighborhood stoe to get the somthing to eat, ask the cashier if he had hot wings,cashier said no. it went from that to where the cashier pulled a gun on them,telling my son he fits a decription of man robbing him.he had him to take all the things out of his pockets and then finally letting the go . my son used his cell phone to call the police becaue he felt like his rights had been valaided, his life had been threatend but he ended up gettin treated like the criminal,taken downtown to be interrogated. he was released, but i wanna know if there is anything that can be done about the way the polisituation and ce handle the the cashier?
