i am from ohio. my son is 3 years old and my only child. we currently live with his father (never married) and even in living with him my son sees him maybe for 3 hours if he doesnt decide he is tired a day. he thinks that because i am a stay at home mom that is also doing school work that he has more rights to our son. when he is not around our son i have no way to contact him. and when i go out very seldonly and ask him to watch his son he ignores him except to yell at him because he is on the computer sometimes for as lond as i am gone. his dad has just gotten together with this new girl and she resents me and tells my son what to do, she yells at him. if we were to file custody who would win and is it fair that he allows his new girlfriend to discipline our son? What can I do to make sure I dont lose my baby?
