What is the name of your state?I am a Canadian, from Ontario.

Hello there!

My supervisor and I recently had a disagreement (which is not uncommon) which led to me posting this message.

He claims that I am a lazy individual (slacker) who tends to bring everyone elses work down to an unacceptable pace, the funny thing however, is that I am working just as hard if not harder then the other members of our company.

He has even gone as far as telling other people at work and outside of work the same story. At a small meeting, he even told this to the owner of the company!

This person has never given me a chance, he has felt threatened by my presence due to a higher level of understanding in the certain areas in which he was formerly responsible for.

What do you think? Help!

I think that you need to read the rules at the top of the page.

Canadian and US law can be VERY different, and no one here is versed in Canadian law.

BTW, nothing in your post would give you a claim of slander, defamation, or any other claim, under US law.

Its Canada, do what canadians do with a unwanted person. Stuff him full of OTC RU-486 and see what happens.
