What is the name of your state? nj
After a major storm 1 large limb from a tree on my property fell and landed on my neighbors garage. Another one was severed and hanging on barely also above my neighbors property. Who is responsible for removal?

Your neighbor is responsible for mitigating the damages so that the tree does not cause damage/further damage to his garage.
