I am an active duty Air Force member and my now ex-wife filed for the divorce while I was over in England for a temporary duty assignment. I had no legal representation and was never served papers. When I got home I found that The divorce decree that she filed was not fair on my behalf. I am paying $600.00 in child support for one child and I have no custody rights as long as I am not living in North Dakota. I can only claim my daughter on my taxes for one more year then that ends also.
