n.y.i need help fast, illegal eviction in progress!!!!!

my name is richard from n.y., and my fiance' and i have lived in our apartment for 11 months with no lease. (month to month). our rent has been paid on time, and we never had a problem until recently. whereas now our landlord has illegally been trying tro evict us, he's filed fraudulent papers in court (which the judge threw out), the following day our windows were smashed in (which still have not been fixed), our heat has been turned on and off 6 time in a month, and just recently someone threatened to kill us if we do not move out by this coming thursday (it's saturday now). why? our landlord won't even speak to us he changed his number. this is getting very dangerous. i've filed every complaint imaginable and i've even called the attorney generals office to no avail. we need help, before either someone on my side or the other side gets hurt!

one this is a criminal matter, TWO if the apartment is in a building with 6 or more units, then you can sue the landlord, for LOTS OF $$$$$ for depriving you of a rent stailized apartment. Harassment in a RS apt. is FORBIDDEN!
