What is the name of your state? ny. how does my sister go about getting her 4 yr old sons name changed to hers. the sperm donor (sorry but i can't call him a father as hes not one)has never been involved in my nephews life even tho hes had ample opportunity, and i doubt he would contest the change. any help or info would be appreciated.
