I have two sons, ages 20 & 21, that bear the surname of their mother's exhusband. After genetic testing to varify parentage, it was learned that "no father's name" had been entered on their birth certificates. Both sons desire their proper birth name. They reside in the state of OHIO. What is the legal route to effect a name change for these young men? Can the birth certificates be amended with the proper DNA results?
