before my husband and i seperated, we bought a house for him to live in. only his name is on the mortgage but my name had to be on the deed, they said because it was marital assets...............i was wondering if something would happen would i be responsible for anything and if it could hurt me somehow in the long run.

If y'all have gotten divorced, then tell your ex for him to go to his lawyer and pay for a deed to be prepared to him (your ex) and you will be delighted to sign it for a mere $500.
