My mother just found documents from 50 years ago showing that her name was forged on deeds to prooerty, and the property was thren sold at the time. Her name was forged by her jusband and she was completely unaware of the sale. They divorced years later, and her ex-husband is now deceased. The documents give the lot number etc. and she has the riginal deeds. It is very possible that the property hhas since been zoned for commercial use. What recourse does she have if any? How would she proceed with this situation
