I have been using Napster.com for a few months now. I recently have read articles on the recent lawsuits filed and am concerned that I could get into trouble. I only download the music. I have not made copies nor sold anything. Am I at risk for a lawsuit also?

Although I am not 100 percent certain (only a law student, I am fairly sure that if you have only been downloading the songs onto your hard drive for your own personal use and not burning them or any other similar acts, as far as you go, you are just one of millions of users who access Napster. Metallica is suing Napster for creating the sight, not the users who access it.
