ncp consent order

What is the name of your state? NJ bake in June had mediation with lawyer for consent order. Ncp pro se Iam not , Ncp wanted this to reach and agreement. Order was drawn NCP seems to not have signed as of yet but is now threating motion for "new order". Bulk of consent order is what has already been ordered by judge with a few extras concerning activities and clothing. and lowering support by Ncp demands, so what will happen if he doesn't sign it so we can move on to closer as well as "new court date" which will bring this into trial . Evalution has been done in MY favor. NCP has been running up my bills for non consequential letter barage to jack up bills while he is pro se. So now what?

ok so since this was mediated will the unsigned consent order be more of a reality because the judge could feel that the delay is just one more delay tactic, yet to waste time and to continue the on going difficulty and harressment?
