What is the name of your state? NJ
When vacation events where ordered this past winter, judge also agreed that CP may have phone access during these times. NCP is not returning calls. Child Iam sure is still being told now more then ever that "you can't love Mommy" and also that I have not called since I told my child I would be calling every night at dinner and father also. HE has the nerve to claim that Iam creating PAS, So where do I go from here.

Although I really do not believe filing contempt works all that great in the great state of MN, it could be different in your state, and I would recommend filing contempt charges.
Also, pull up phone records, or, are you calling long distance? If so, when you receive your phone bill, that shows the long distance calls made, show this to a judge.
If the judge ruled on it, the NCP has to follow the order.
Good Luck and God's Blessings!

Iam in sussex county. His lawyer confirmed that there would be phone contact also, since I have been asking for his cell # his response is it is on a need to know basis, so I have to call his house and it will be forward to his cell # if he is not there. One point also is there is a FRO against him so he should not be calling me but I can call him during his vistation time to speak with child, this is just one more "in your face things"to me
Also one more recent news within the past few days new wife arrested and in prison for two years, child neglect/abuse /endagerment , I dont' want her to have any contact with my child she doesn't have custody of either of her children. In the final stages of custody (forensic) evalution with custody expert, made this new revelation know to them since they where not made aware of it at any of there interviewings. But I have deep concerns because of the brain washing I can see going on during her vistits to the NCP household. So now what also

Do you have specific times when the child is to be available for phone calls? That may be your next best step. Once those have been ordered by the judge, it becomes easier to track each time that he violates the order. Depending on the judge you have (I'm not familiar with any in Sussex), this could be a bad thing for the NCP.

I know how you feel, tho. My ex does the same thing. But he's tightenning his own noose. He was ordered in April to have the kids call me every 48 hours while on a trip - they called once. He was ordered to have them call me once a week while they were abroad last month - I got one call from their Dad's before they left, and one when they got back - when they weren't overseas. So I didn't speak with them at all for 3 1/2 weeks.
