What is the name of your state?
I am a TV producer from south america and have my own indie. Have created an innovative TV format and am trying to get an agent/representative to pitch the property to major broadcasters and/or major TV production companies. I've got in touch via email to an Agent company in NY. Firstly I was requested to forward a resume + letter for consideration. Secondly, they requesting me to send the complete package (Production Bible) for evaluation. Since I never needed to make use of agents, I asked them whether we should get an NDA in first place. They said they do not. Should I send the info anyway?
Any suggestions?
