Hi I'm in Texas and I'm dealing with a very unethical bank. I received a three month trial payment plan from them which I completed according to the terms. Instead of modifying my loan they come up with some bogus crap that they can't verify my identity. I've owned my home since December 1999 and I identify myself each and every time I contact the bank. I need an Attorney that's ready to file suite today!!!!!

One, we don't do attorney recommendations here. There are "Find an attorney" links all over this site.

Second, there's no obligation that the bank modify your loan. You agreed to the terms when you took it out. It's unlikely that a law "suite" [SIC] is going to result in a modification let alone "suing the bank out of existance."

All you can do is provide whatever documentation they insist on. Getting angry isn't going to help.

Perhaps you can give them a copy of your driver's license and social security card. Not an unreasonable request from a bank given the level of loan modification fraud out there.
