ok i got a dui back when i was 21. went to court. spent 2 days in jail and didnt comply with the court <didnt do what they asked me to do> i am now 32 years old and need my license back. is there a statue of limitations on this? or do i have to go turn myself in and deal with this? any help would be helpful.

As far as I know, it will never go away, thus you will have to face the music. You could consult with a DUI attorney. The first meeting is often free.

You may even have a warrant for your arrest for failure to comply with the court order.

In any case, you will likely NOT get a license until the matter is cleared up.
