Hi, I'm in California and I wanted to know if you could sue your husband's mistress here? I know that some states don't allow it but don't know which ones. Also, Can you sue your husband for defamation of character if he cheats on you, and flaunts it , causing embarrassment and personal suffering? Also, can kids sue thier parents for defamation of character, emontional neglect or anything like that?

*LOL* I agree, been there on the innocent spouse side. Take my word on this, happiness is the best revenge!!!!! It's just killing my ex. Oh, and next time, move to NC, I think thats the only state that allows that action.
