Planning on filing chapter 7 w/o an attorney in Pennsylvania. All of my debts were obtained individually (I am married). The only joint asset I have is a checking account. THe house, cars & everything else are in his name solely. Do I need to list the checking account? What about the UGMA for my son? Also, the bulk of my debt is from my student loan which cannot be discharged; do I still need to list that too?
