Need advice for custody

I am a married father of two beutiful daughters my oldest was not by me but my youngest (9) is. My question is that my 9 year old daughter's mother has some sever problems, with drugs, also she is a non tax paying exotic massage theropist or what ever you call it. And her sister had once claimed her on her taxes even while my daughter was living with me, I have found out that I did not get put on my childs birth certificate even when I was there at my childs birth. My daughter obtains my mothers last name, as my last name was going to be changed also to my step fathers last name. I have had my daughter all of her life, and two years ago her mother started taking my daughter to other peoples houses and sometimes leaving her there. To make a long story short I need know how I can get paternity of my daughter, the state does not help and her mother will not try to go for support against me. I want custody of my child as she is alot safer with me, I also give $200 a month to her mother even though she does not use it for my daughter. My daughter stills see's me but her mother is making all of the calls. PLEASE HELP!!

Gather your proof and documentation together and then retain an attorney. It may be hard to get a court to split the children, but if you can prove yourself to be worthy and that she is neglecting the child, then you have a decent chance at custody if you have mentained good regular contact.
