What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Mississippi

My parents bought a house from me to keep it from going into foreclosure, they are now trying to sell the house and have a buy. When a title search was done, a deed with my signature was found. The deed is for around $10,000. I have absolutely no clue as to what this is from. My question is, why did this certain deed not show up when my parents bought the house from me, but it is showing up now that they are selling the house? And does this make the deed for $10,000 null and void?? No one has contacted me to try to collect money and there are no judgements against me. I am clueless!!

what type of deed is it?

who is named as grantor?

who is named as grantee?

and since your signature is on the deed, can you explain why there would be a deed, with your signature, yet you know nothing about it?
