Need advice on ex- tenant and fast

I have an ex-tenant that still has things in the apartment. We did not do a lease but the were in the apartment for 6 months. She told me that she was moving out 4 days before the end of the month. That was 2 months ago. She said she would pay for that month since it was short notice. Well it is now 2 months that she has been moved out. Some of her stuff is not all out of the apartment and she still has not paid for the month that she said she would. I sent her a letter telling her that we would like her stuff out by a certain date and that we were also going to charge a certain amount each day for the month after the one she was going to pay for since her stuff is still there we figured it was only fair. To make it simpler, she moved out the end of January and she said she would pay for February and hasn't yet so in the letter I sent we said we are charging a certain amount for March also. So what can I do to get the rest of the stuff out and get the money she rightfully owes us. We already have someone ready to move in but they can't on count of her stuff still there. I have even called and left messages and get no reply. The last I talked to her was last week and she said she was stopping by that day to pay us and get more stuff out and she never showed up.
Please someone reply back on what we can do about this.

If she has actually moved out, you are not really entitled to continue to charge her rent for just her goods.

She is out, you don't need to evict her, she has to come and get her stuff or you will dispose of it. Check your local state laws about abandoned or lost property. If the value is small, you can probably dispose of it however you like, otherwise there are usually rules about holding a public sale with competitive bidding. You should find out the rules and follow them. They usually involve strict rules about notifying the tenant that this is going to happen.
