Tell the new collection agency that you entered into an agreement and that you have been and are continuing to fulfill the terms of the agreement. Tell the new collection agency that you expect this agency to enter a satisfaction of judgment with the court in June when the agreed-upon payments end.

Good luck.

Additionally, be prepared to show a copy of the written agreement you have for the plan as you have outlined it.

i made a rookie mistake and did not get in writing from the original collection agency.
You might want to borrow the two months worth of payments remaining and pay off this new collection agency now, then. Make sure the collection agency enters a satisfaction of judgment.

Good luck.
