What is the name of your state? California
I requested arbitration to resolve a dispute per my lease. After 30 days, my landlord is basically saying dispute is resolved. It isn't. If they fail to set guidelines for arbitration, what is my next step? Do I have any other alternatives? Thank you for you time in answering my question.
