What is the name of your state? Ca & Va

I currently live in California but will be moving back to Virginia in 6 weeks. My ex lives in Oklahoma but is also supposed to be moving back to Virginia also but I am unsure of when. He is 3000.00 behind in child support. DCSE in Va is not doing anything to get him to pay it. Is there anything I can do to get this paid? Any help would be great thank you

What has moving on either account have to do with arrears in child support?
