What is the name of your state? IOWA I had surgery on a torn rotator cuff 5 years ago. Just had surgery again in June for pain in the same area, same doc. Found that sutures were still thin there from 5 years ago. Told my family he had never seen that before. Do I have a case?

I agree but being here as long as I have probably need to clarify that she would need to prove that the STITCHES have cause permanent and serious physical injuries, not just the fact that her rotator cuff messed up again/or continued.

from Iowa I have been on pain meds. for a year, closed my business because of the pain and couldn't do my job. I have been daeling with this for a year now. I go to the dr. mon.can't wait to see what he has to say. Thank-you for your input.

I have been seeing my family dr. for this for a year, been on pain meds for a year, closed my business because of this. I go see the surgeon mon. to see what he says. Do you have any advice for ?. I should ask him? Thank-you for your input.
