i'm from iowa, i have menieres disease and fibromyalgia. i was very up front with my employer told them the whole deal. in decemeber i was put on restrictions, 25lb weight limit, not more then 8 hours a day. in feb. i had surgery to stop vertigo, came back and was told my previous job inside was not available anymore, so they put me outside, then was put on restrictions again and employer told me to go home until my restrictions were lifted, my accommadations were to move me back inside, they said no and put me on leave. with no pay. so now what do i do? filed a claim with human rights, but they are not saying anything to me. please help.
