My husband and his ex have agreed to lower his child support payment a week, what we need to know is how do you go about making that legal with out lawyers, and alot of money if we get papers together how do we make them legal with out the lawyers, please help, not sure how to right up papers either, we also are going to include that she cant move out of state with out ok and visitaion arangement changes ok by my husband, all this she agrees on.

The cheapest way would be to use a paralegal.. however, if you agree to everything, then shop around, you might be able to find an attorney willing to do this for a small amount.

I've been reading a lot of these questions and quite frankly, your Friend of the Court office should be able to supply you with the paperwork that you need. If both parties are in agreement, paperwork will be supplied by FOC. A nominal fee is paid, but nothing outrageous. The handbook that they give you can answer a lot of these questions. Me and my new wife have been dealing with FOC
quite a bit and we feel like we should open a web site.
