okay, posted an earlier message regarding suing a mortgage dealer. this deals with suing my ex who committed these crimes. Any thoughts or ideas on how I can file this myself just in case an attorney doesn't want to touch it. My ex doesn't really have any assets, but it to punish her for ruining my life. Please help???

My response:

Dear Gizmo,

From reading your post, here is what I think you're saying:

"Can you please put me through law school ? I need to know how to write a Complaint, a Summons, and to learn contract and tort law. I also need to know the Court Rules, and everything there is to know about Civil Procedure, including the Discovery Process, etc., etc., etc."

Gizmo, we can answer specific questions about law, but we can't teach you everything you need to know about the law - - especially from a Bulletin Board.

Thanks for writing.
