Need assistance w/drivers license reinstatement

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MO

I lost my license for 10 years because of a DWI and am now eligible to get them back. I know that I need the SR-22 and I already have my SATOP completion certificate. I was told that I needed to petition the court for my drivers priveledges to be reinstated.

What I am looking for is the form that I need to submit to the county courthouse to get in front of the judge, any information that would be helpful in aiding me to get this done and possibly the area or laws/statutes that pertain to what needs to be done.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated

Why wouldn't you check with the court or DMV? I don't think too many posters here are familiar with MO laws.

I did ask both the circuit clerk and DMV and they gave me the "I am not an attorney bit". What is so hard with them telling me the name/number of the petition?
