What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Massachusetts

Not sure if this is where I need to be, this doesn't fall into any category given**************..
My property is directly behind a camp. They built a huge building right behind my house (very close to my back deck and bedroom window) Starting July 1 until the end of August JUST ABOUT EVERY NIGHT, they have a DJ and have a concert. It is EXTREMELY loud, so much so, i cannot have my windows open, have to turn my TV all the way up and absolutely no entertaining on my deck during the summer at all because you can't hear yourself talk. The town has not done anything about it. This camp 'contributes' to the town, so it's like talking to a wall. I call the police at least once a night, have been to the town meetings, selectman, building dept, you name it, i've done it. I had a lawyer friend who was going to help me, problem is, his uncle is friends with one of the camp owners. I don't have any money to hire a lawyer. There has to be something I can do to stop this. My neighbors also complain and one of them rented a house for the summer and actually MOVED out because of them. PLEASE HELP ME, I'M LOSING MY MIND OVER THIS!!!!!

the police tell them to turn it down, they never do. they get sick of us calling them, the last call I made to the police last summer, his reply was, why can't you just get along. it's so horrible.....there is a Camp Pembroke fund, at one of the town meetings the selectman suggested using some of 'the camp pembroke fund' to repair potholes. so, the town gets paid to look the other way, and that's what they do.

I suspect the reason that the police have reacted the way they do is that the camp is doing nothing illegal.
