I have been charged with PWISD Cocaine 27grams, maintaining a drug dwelling, maintaining drug vehicle, drug paraphernalia, an convicted felon with a gun.
Now when the task force raided my mom's home no one was home an they foundon't my brothers 50 cal riffle that my grandfather left him when he passed an they charged me with the gun.
I would like to know what I'm facing.
I was convicted in 2004 for selling drugs an did probation.
I do not understand how they are charging me with the gun when it is not mine.
They wanted me to cut a deal with them am become a CI but I declined. So now my lawyer says we either take a plea or go to trial
