need help finishing up probate

I am excutor of my mothers estate, the only item that needed to go through probate is the house, which has been sold and the money deposited into an account that has been assigned a federal tax number.

how do i pay the lawyers, and the lein of @6,000?
do i need to post something in the newspaper?

i dont expect anything for free, and am willing to pay to finish this.
or if someone could estimate the cost to finish it?
