What is the name of your state? va
I want to sue a company that is a limited partnership. I know the name of one of the partner that I want to sue.
i.e: john doe-general partner,company LP at address.
Can I fill out the warrant as above? If I filed as above is that mean I am only suing john doe and not his company? Can someone please help me?
