What is the name of your state?NJ
I need help interpreting a law regarding real property foreclosures and the amount allowable by law for counsel fees.
According to the law and RIGHT TO CURE DEFAULT, it states that plaintiffs counsel can only get the amount allowable according to the Rules governing the Courts of the state of New Jersey.
Can someone please read this section and tell me if I understand this correctly.
What i understand is that I will be charged a fee equal to 1.5% (amount past due is more than 5000.00) of the amount due.
Here is the link:

I also wonder if anyone knows, is that 1.5% of the amount of past due mortgage payments or the amount of what is owed on the loan?
Thanks in advance!
