I need some advise on what legal options I have (or don't have) regarding my current situation. My wife and I were married in PA and reside in WV. We have a blended family consisting of her 10-yrold, our 10-month old son, and one on the way. My wife claims to have been unhappy now for close to two years. She refuses to go to a marriage counseller and basically has two major complains. 1> I only "do what I am asked to do", and 2> I am too strict and demanding on my step-daughter.

She has threatened to leave several times and has even commented on the fact that she "wishes she wasn't pregnant." I don't believe WV is a no-fault state, but I don't know about PA since we were married in PA. Can a legal seperation be granted and not a divorce?

If we do seperate (or before then for that matter), do I have any legal recourse to prevent my wife from having an abortion?
