Need help on advertising site

I live in Missouri and was an escort here. I HAD a friend who owns a escort advertising site. I never paid him anything eventhough it is a paid site. I am now out of the business and have asked him OVER AND OVER to remove me from his site. This site has my pictures and information when I was in this business. And I really do want it removed. He has repeatedly refused. PLEASE tell me there is something I can do????????
