I lived with someone for 10 years. We bought a house, but my name is not on the house, but I've done so much on it and he is selling it and I feel I deserve some of the money. We have 1 child together and we've been living in the house for 10 years. Can I receive monies from the house being sold. Please advise.

Nope you do not have a right to the house or any monies from it. you have been nothing but a tenant if your name is not on the deed and you can't even try to argue anything if you are not on the mortgage. So you have paid 10 years of rent. And you have gotten something for what you paid in -- a roof over your head.
