My name is Thong Nguyen. I worked for San Jose, CA USPS before and experienced harassment and discrimination at work.I filled complaint to USPS EEO office in 2003.I went through all process with my EEO complaint. However, I could not get a lawyer to proceed to court, so I drop the case and went on with my life. I moved to Phoenix, AZ in 08/2005 and worked with my gas station in Tempe, AZ, in which I bought it in 2006.Since I started working at my gas station, there were many attacks from people that I don't know, resulting my gas station been shut down, and I lost it. And then it is not stop there, there was always someone after me claiming that I owned them some money. However, they never showed up, they just used people around me to send messages. I reviewed my gas station transaction papers, and found out it was a fraud to steal my gas station, according to all documents were filed with county record about my gas station. Through those messages that I received, I realized that someone has settle my EEO complaint, hiding everything from me, and made me a retard. I can see that I am being monitoring by someone, but I received no legal paper stated the reason why i am monitoring. as those massagers stated, they do that so I could not hurt myself, or hurting some one else. I am not a violent person as my criminal record to verify that. I asked for help from police force, but they won't help. I asked for help from attorney general office of Arizona, and they said they don't have jurisdiction to concern on my matter. More over, all of activities I received from hidden persons are not official, that is i am getting hurt from someone that stayed be hide a curtain, and I don't know who they are.However, people around me seems to know my problem very well, but no one tell me anything. My question now is does it legal for some one to do that to me? what can I do about it?

I think you need more help than a free internet advice forum can provide. Please contact a local lawyer with your evidence of who these hidden persons are.

You couldn't get a lawyer to proceed to court because no one you talked to believed you had a case.

The police won't help you because they realize you're making things up.

Based on what that you could say I am making things up? I had document from USPS Pacific region EEO office stated that there was non sexual harassment conducted. I have documents from county records in both states of California and Arizona to prove the real estates transaction was a fraud. I could not get helps because of the power of the hidden person. so may I ask you, as a senior member in here, does a fraud in real estate has a case?

Maybe it is just your poor english skills, but you sound completely paranoid-delusional. There are no "hidden people" and you didn't give enough information about these "real estate transactions" for anyone to know anything. And no one could have settled an EEOC claim by you without your knowledge and consent.

I know myself is not paranoid. This is a big scam, and i am a victim of it. But anyway, thanks very much for all your helps. My last question, if, I said if, the real estate fraud is all documented, can I file a law suit on my behave? as I know the court might treat me as a paranoid person like you did, and I don't have any one to help me with.Your answer would be highly appreciated.

Thanks ecmst12 for your advice. Do I have other choice than hire a lawyer of my own kind, because I believe I know Vietnamese community holding a part of this real estate fraudulent. And to that Hot topic, you are off my list, so don't worry about I bothering you at all.

May I suggest that you not mention "hidden people" monitoring you until you've already got the lawyer's signature on a contract?

Though I find your post peculiar I have a couple suggestions. If I am understanding you correctly you have several issues that have not been handled correctly or issues that need resolving.

I suggest:

[*]stop referring to yourself as a retard.

[*]Head over to A.S.U at Mill Ave and 5th Street (Tempe University) find a vietnamese law student who speaks your language.

[*]Discuss your concerns and ask for help in solving your problems.

If in fact you are a Vietnamese immigrent there is a very close knit community of second generation refugees who came here after the war and they should be a good resource.

Your EEOC case sounds questionable and there are very strict statute of limitations pinned to any claim. The reality of someone else posing as you is unlikely but easily ruled out.

Property ownership requires deeds and documentation as does foreclosure and bankrupcy. A "Statute of Frauds" protects such transactions from being done without a paper trail. Again easy to verify.

Just a note on the paranoia....if you are an illegal immigrant then you are not paranoid its Sherriff Joe Arapia and he wants to prove he is not racially profiling mexicans. He would be sneaky in the beginning but opt for a flashy capture..(Im kidding..kind of!)

Remember that this thread started with a gas station and moved to a real estate transaction. Once you've refreshed your memory, there's no way you should consider the OP rational. And anyone who gives an ounce of credence to his story is only enabling him.

And I'd suggest that anyone who thinks it's a good idea to make unsubstantiated charges against another person rethink it. They might not consider it "just kidding."
