need help, question on alimony too

Texas here. I will try and be as brief as I can. When we married my husband was trying to build his career as an aritst. During the 14 years he progressed . I worked the whole time and most of the time he was self employed as being an artist. During this time at shows he had several affairs and even at home he had affairs. The last affair being with our son's xgirlfriends Mom . He moved out in March to an apt. sooner than later she moved in. Is there alimony in Texas? Do i have a case of adultry and if so would it cost me alot to file it. I know he will file and if I let him file and use his lawyer it won't cost me anything but would my interests be thought of if I did that.
Don't know what to do.

What you want is a divorce, not a battle.

Therefore, you file for a No Fault divorce and get him out of your life. Simple. No battles. Cheap. (Relatively speaking).

You get your own attorney.
