Ohio.. We just purchased a used vehicle 3 weeks ago that has an abundance of miles. Cost $3,700 and is now making a noise with sounds like engine trouble. We have one week left to decide if we would like to purchase a warranty for $500. Should we opt for the warranty or do we have some sort of legal recourse involving lemon law. The questionable thing about the warranty is whether or not our trouble is covered. Thanks so much for any help.

You have NO recourse with the lemon law. You purchased a used vehicle and you are responsible for your choice. Whether you buy the warranty or not is up to you.

Warranty?

Make sure that you read and understand the entirety of the warranty before you purchase same. Also, Ohio's lemon law does not apply to used cars.
