Ok lets start this is what happend i bought this bike a gp1 moped made by derbi brand new from the dealership i have had some many problems with this bike it is unbelievable at first i did not care beacuse i had warranty however after more than 6 times of it being repaird it still had the same problems and now there is no warranty on it any more so i have to pay for every repair they make and still it is not better now someone who used to work as a mecanic in a dealer ship told me that there is a law if the same thing breaks 3 times after repairs you get your money back for the purchase of the motorized vehicle and i get to keep the bike i dont know if this is true or not but one thing is for shure i want to sue the company but what type of lawyer would i contact?

A dumb lawyer would be my best suggestion. You have given NO facts so based on what I can figure out, you bought this used and all this happened over a period of time if the warranty ran out. You made the decision to purchase. You may be to blame for the problems. This is not a manufacturers problem or you wouldn't have waited this long. I don't think you'll find any lawyer to take the case.
